This is my second review because we will ALWAYS use Chris Robertson Real Estate Group!

We've moved up and down the coast of California in the last 12 years because of my husbands career. Chris Robertson was absolutely exceptional to work with! We met Chris a few years ago when we relocated from the I.E. back to my hometown, Mission Viejo, and he made the transition so much less stressful in helping us find a home. Chris did such a fabulous job showing us spaces that were in the spectrum of what we wanted but also gave us interesting options between them. He has incredible insight about the current market and speaks from deep experience. Best of all, he was able to get a good pulse on what we wanted throughout the process and delivered. Professionalism is a given but to clarify what this means: in-depth knowledge of the area, quality listings, quick and clear communications and always gave us the right amount of time to think. We bought our home way below asking price!

Fast forward to two years later, my husband was relocated again so we called on Chris to sell our home. First day on the market and we got multiple offers! We went with one and was set to close in 21 days!

I've worked with multiple realtors, and I would definitely call Chris the next time I need a realtor and recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home.

We were selling a condo on the lower end of Chris' sales but I never felt like he was too busy for us. He constantly kept in touch from the first time I met him until the sale was over, and he made sure to answer all my questions and go over things I might not be familiar with.

With all his experience he knew exactly what was worth our time and money to fix/stage and what wasn't. From start to finish Chris was very professional and made a complicated process go as smoothly as possible.

My husband and I really enjoyed working with Chris to lease our condo in Dana Point. We gave Chris a super aggressive goal to lease the condo in just a few weeks. We figured we would get someone in by 7/1, but to our surprise he did it by 6/1, allowing us to collect an extra month of rental income. Chris is also very responsive and organized. Everything was done on time and without error. I'm so relieved and satisfied. I'd give Chris 10 stars if I could.

Chris recently helped me list my first property for rental. He advised me in what local comps are for rentals in my area, an area I know he has great knowledge of, and gave me advice on what change to make to the property to get it successfully rented.
